1. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or opened baby hygiene products (e.g., bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, diapers)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
