We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays)

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

  • Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

cozycubby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
